About the Role
We are looking for a Tech Lead to join our Global Platform Team. You will be part of a team working on a modern, cloud-based platform that manages digital devices globally. This platform powers global digital device management by integrating diverse device types, managing their state changes, and connecting seamlessly with third-party services. As the Tech Lead, you will own the team’s technical vision, create innovative solutions, and take full ownership of delivering scalable, reliable software.

• Backend: .NET 9.0, C#
• Frontend: React, Typescript
• Databases: PostgreSQL with PostGIS
• Data & Analytics: Stitch, DBT, Snowflake, PowerBI
• Cloud: Azure (Service Bus, Container Apps)
• Architectural Patterns: Clean Architecture, CQRS, Domain-Driven Design, Repository Pattern, Event Driven Architecture (EDA)
• DevOps: Docker, GitHub Actions, Infrastructure as Code (Bicep)

What You'll Do
As the Technical Lead, you will:

• Shape and drive the team’s technical strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision.
• Implement and promote best practices in software architecture, clean coding, and design across the team.
• Mentor, guide, and empower team members to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to plan and estimate features, aligning engineering and business priorities.
• Participate in product development from start to finish, driving ideation, new development, iteration, and maintenance.
• Advocate for and implement solutions leveraging modern patterns such as Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design, and Event-Driven Architecture.

What We're Looking For
We’re on the lookout for a hands-on leader with a strong technical background who embodies a growth mindset. You’ll thrive in this position if you have:

• Passion for working in teams and co-create solutions together with your colleagues and stakeholders.
• 5+ years experience with object-oriented languages (C#, Java, Kotlin) and back-end development.
• Expertise in software and solution architecture, with a record of crafting robust, scalable systems.
• Proficiency with front-end technologies like TypeScript and React.
• A deep understanding of Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design principles.
• Strong SQL and database design skills (experience with PostgreSQL/PostGIS is a big plus).
• Understanding of the Transport (T4)-Layer
• Strong automated testing skills to ensure stability and reliability.

It's a plus if you:

• Have experience in IoT or device management systems
• Have background knowledge or interest in modern architectural principles
• Have collaborated with data engineering teams or worked on data pipelines
